We lose up to half a pound of muscle every year after age 25 without some kind of regular strength training. With weight training, we stay stronger longer and look better too. It's never too late to start
Nutrition & Supplement Advice - At Synergise Exercise, we can provide expert advice on all aspects of nutrition and supplements, and we offer tailored lifestyle solutions to meet your needs. Whether it’s individualized advice for a healthy lifestyle, or for specific competitive events.
Cardio - Our state of the art cardio room features heart rate monitor equipped machines and a plasma screen televsions, so that you can enjoy music or your favourite program while getting your heart rate pumping.
Combo / Cross-training / Group Classes
We have regular group training sessions throughout the week, offering a range of various activities.
